Digital technology/Access to GP Services

Black Country Integrated Care Board (BICB) would appreciate your support to share a digital survey for members of the public within the Black ountry. Whether this be service-users, work colleagues, friends, family members or next-door neighbour; the more people it reaches, the better the understanding will be.

They would like to determine whether GP services are being accessed digitally to help improve the outcomes for residents. Therefore, they would like to understand how many people in the Black Country don't have access to a digital device or the right connectivity or need support to improve their access, experience and outcomes.

The survey will assist in understanding the Black Country population's digital maturity and if there is more, as an NHS organisation, can do for citizens to access digital tools as well as help and advice.
