How does it work?
By signing up to be part of Virtual Voices, you’ll be invited to complete regular email polls, online questionnaires and surveys that will delve into how health and social care bodies deliver their services. This feedback will then be taken on board to make improvements and help ensure services across the borough are of the highest possible standard.
What is expected of me?

The beauty of our approach means the online surveys and polls are specially designed to take as little time as possible to complete, allowing participants to provide valuable insight into things that really matter to Walsall, without dedicating hours lengthy periods of time to do so.

What sort of issues will I have the opportunity to provide feedback on?
The Virtual Voices panel will offer the chance to give insight into a several issues, ranging across a variety of health and social services. Discussion topics could include anything from hospital waiting times to the wording used in discharge letters.
How many Surveys will I receive?
We send out a short survey when a rising issue appears or we would like to know your views about Walsall services.
